Member records don't need an account. You can roster a member, charge them a fee, lend them equipment and mark them present without them ever signing up.

Pay by QR code
Every open charge carries a payment QR code. The member scans it in their mobile banking app — or pays everything at once with a single code.
Automatic matching
An incoming payment is matched to its charge by variable symbol, and the charge flips to paid. Anything that doesn't match waits in a clear review queue.
Matching works from an imported bank statement. A direct bank connection that skips the upload is in development.
Live cost-splitting
The cost of ice time or a hall is recalculated the moment attendance is recorded — rounded to €0.50, with surcharges, and with guests chipping in too. Every member sees exactly how their share was worked out.

Every fee, cap and deadline is a versioned IF–THEN rule the club edits in a decision table — not in code. A sport pack is a data preset: activity types, fee kinds, RSVP states, tags and message templates.

Frequently asked questions
Is CREW really free?
Yes. One club, unlimited members and activities, the full member roster and the full training operation — no time limit and no card required. Money modules are switched off in it.
What happens after the LEAGUE trial?
Your data stays and the club falls back to CREW. Nothing is deleted — the paid modules simply switch to read-only and you can export your data any time.
How does automatic payment matching work?
These are two different things. The payment QR code covers how a member pays — it works with every Slovak bank. Matching covers how the club learns a payment has arrived: the club uploads a bank statement and payments match themselves by variable symbol. Anything that doesn't match waits in a clear review queue. A direct bank connection that skips the upload is in development.
Does every member need an account?
No. A member without an account still has a full record — they can be nominated, marked present, charged, and issued equipment. They can create an account any time later and it links to that existing record.
Does Kluboš work for a sport other than hockey?
The app contains no sport-specific code at all — everything is driven by the sport pack and the club's own rules. The hockey pack is shipped today; football, floorball & volleyball, dance & fitness, choir & band, cycling & running, and a general civic-association pack are in development.
Can I get my data out at any time?
Yes. Export and deletion are self-service and free on every plan. Accounting records are subject to statutory retention periods, which deletion takes into account.
