Is CREW really free?
Yes. One club, unlimited members and activities, the full member roster and the full training operation — no time limit and no card required.
How does the LEAGUE trial work?
Every organization can activate one two-month free trial. It doesn't start on its own — you turn it on whenever it suits you.
What happens after the trial?
Your data stays and the organization falls back to CREW. Nothing is deleted — the paid modules switch to read-only and you can export your data any time.
Is VAT included?
Yes. The prices shown are final, VAT included. The tax-base and VAT breakdown is on the invoice.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer or QR code. Card payment is in development. No payment method carries a surcharge.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Any time, effective at the end of the paid period. Consumers additionally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See the withdrawal notice.
When will the PRO plan be available?
We aren't announcing a date yet. PRO is in development and will appear on the price list once it can actually be ordered.
