1. Service tiers

Further Service tiers may be added by an amendment of this Price List (Section 4).
(Tier scopes confirmed by the client on 2026-08-05: CREW = one club, member invitations and activity planning — nothing more; LEAGUE = the full scope of the current functionality; the PRO tier is in preparation, is not part of the Price List and cannot be activated.)
2. Prices
The price of the paid Service tier is stated inclusive of 23 % VAT; the breakdown of the tax base and VAT also appears on the invoice:

The prices above apply to the LEAGUE tier. The CREW tier is free of charge.
The annual subscription equals eleven monthly payments — compared with twelve monthly payments (€108.00), one month is free.
3. Free trial period
Every new Organization has a two-month free trial period; no payment is charged during the trial period.
4. Versioning and changes to the Price List
The Price List is versioned and archived in the same way as the Terms (via legal-versions.json). An order is governed by the Price List in force at the time of the order (clause 6.1 of the Terms). Changes to the Price List are governed by Section 14 of the Terms (Changes to the Terms and the Price List): advance notice on a durable medium, effectiveness for a running subscription at the earliest from the next billing period, and the right of a disagreeing Customer to terminate the contract as of the change's effective date. Any price reduction states the lowest price applied during the 30 days preceding the reduction (clause 6.6 of the Terms; Act No. 310/2025 Coll.).
5. Effective date
This Price List takes effect on 1 August 2026 (client decision 2026-08-05; effectiveDate in legal-versions.json).
