The first club we built Kluboš for ran its entire operation out of a workbook with more than thirty sheets — rosters, attendance, fees, equipment. The treasurer chased payments in a group chat and typed amounts in by hand off a bank statement. Kluboš does what that workbook did — just automatically, in one place.
What Kluboš handles from day one
The app is built around one configurable engine, not one sport, so it covers a club's whole operation at once:
- Member management — including people without their own account, with roles, guardians and invitations.
- Activities and RSVPs — trainings and matches, 5-state RSVP, nominations and attendance tracking.
- Finances and dues — charges, QR payments, and payment matching from an imported bank statement by variable symbol. A direct bank connection, without uploading a statement, is in development.
- Equipment — tracking loaned gear with a return due date.
- Shop — buying jerseys and merch, plus bulk orders with a confirmation deadline.
- Automations — reminders and alerts that run on their own, even between trainings.
- Multiple clubs on one account — one organization can run several clubs at once.
